Cancel booking
Enter your booking number and the email address used for the booking. The following terms apply to direct bookings with us.
- Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Up to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Less than 14 days before arrival or no-show: no refund.
- Saved expenses and income from re-letting the period will be credited.
- Bookings via platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com): please cancel directly via the respective platform.
